By using any part of iamwarpspeed.com, or any mobile websites or applications owned by warpSpeed Applications Ltd which may be accessible via Computers, Mobile devices or such other technology that may become available from time to time (collectively referred to as the "Website") or establishing an account on the Website, you agree to comply with, and be legally bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the "Website Terms"), all applicable laws and all applicable terms of use and policies as may apply to the devices, technology or products used in conjunction with the Website. 2. Access and Purchase of Service
2.1 A free warpSpeed account is limited to a certain number of services and features which are set at our discretion. A warpSpeed paid account will allow you access to a variety of additional services and features. To use the warpSpeed service, you must have Internet access and accounts with existing apps. Your account with warpSpeed will be provided under your profile name.
2.2 By Registering ahead of the service launch and paying a Pre-Registration fee of $29.95 a customer will be entitled to "day one" access to the premium service which is due to launch in the Winter of 2024/2025 and to a three month complimentary period (normally priced at $24.95 per month). Normal monthly payments will commence following the completion of the three month complimentary period for Pre-Registered customers.
3. Billing
3.1 The payment for our premium service will be based upon a subscription service fee model. By entering their payment details, a customer permits the Company to initiate the payment and recurring payments for the selected product. Confirmed receipt of payment for a product will unlock access to the relevant services and features.
3.2 In the case where the customer cancels any subsequent recurring payments or the recurring payment fails, the customer will retain access to the product services only for the remainder of the contracted period covered by a prior successful payment, following which all access will cease.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to amend the advertized pricing of the app at any point in the future.
3.4 The Company does not provide refunds.
4. warpSpeed Services
4.1 You must be either 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to make a purchase on the warpSpeed service.
4.2 The warpSpeed services are for your personal use only. During your warpSpeed registration, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the warpSpeed service.
4.3 You agree to use the warpSpeed Service, including all the features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on the use of the service or content therein. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the warpSpeed Service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the warpSpeed Service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the warpSpeed Service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the warpSpeed Service in any way; or, use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method.
